1. Nature of Services
Wafix Technologies (“Wafix Technologies,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides digital services only, including website design and development, mobile application development, software development, UI/UX design, graphic design, branding, digital marketing, SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising management, video editing, animation, content writing, AI Automation Services, virtual assistant services, IT consulting, cloud services, hosting, domain registration, technical support, and business consulting. Wafix Technologies does not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods, and this policy describes how digital Deliverables are provided to Clients in lieu of a traditional physical shipping process.
2. Method of Delivery
Deliverables are provided electronically through one or more of the following means, as appropriate to the Service: (a) direct deployment to a live website or hosting environment; (b) upload to a shared cloud storage or project management platform designated for the Order; (c) email delivery of files, credentials, or reports; (d) publication to an app store or software distribution platform on the Client’s behalf; or (e) another electronic method agreed with the Client. No physical media or hard-copy materials are shipped unless expressly agreed in writing for a specific Order.
3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines for Deliverables are set forth in the applicable Order and are subject to Section 7 (Project Timelines) of the Terms and Conditions, including extensions resulting from Client delays, scope changes, or dependencies on Third-Party Platforms such as app store review processes or domain registrar processing, which are outside Wafix Technologies’s control.
4. Access Credentials and Handover
Where a Deliverable involves a live website, application, hosting account, domain, or third-party platform account, Wafix Technologies will provide the Client with the necessary access credentials, administrative access, or ownership transfer upon full payment of all fees due for the applicable Order, consistent with Section 12.2 of the Terms and Conditions. The Client is responsible for promptly securing and safeguarding any credentials provided.
5. Source Files and Editable Assets
Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Order, delivery of a completed project includes the final, functional Deliverable (for example, a live website or a compiled application), but does not necessarily include raw source files, editable design files (such as native design-tool files), or development environment access, which may be provided as a separate, itemized Deliverable if included in the Order.
6. App Store and Third-Party Platform Submissions
Where the Services include submission of a mobile application to an app store (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store) or publication through another third-party distribution platform, “delivery” is deemed complete upon Wafix Technologies’s submission of the completed application for review, and Wafix Technologies is not responsible for delays, rejections, or additional requirements imposed by the app store or platform’s own review process, consistent with Section 17 (Third-Party Services) of the Terms and Conditions.
7. Digital Marketing and Recurring Deliverables
For ongoing Services such as SEO, social media management, or paid advertising management, “delivery” consists of the ongoing performance of the contracted activities (for example, monthly reporting, campaign management, or content publication) rather than a single discrete handover, and is governed by the applicable recurring Order and Section 20 (No Guaranteed Results) of the Terms and Conditions.
8. Confirmation of Delivery
Wafix Technologies will provide written confirmation (such as an email or project management notification) upon delivery of a completed Deliverable or milestone. The Client is responsible for reviewing delivered Deliverables within the timeframe specified in the applicable Order (or, absent a specified timeframe, within a commercially reasonable period) and notifying Wafix Technologies of any concerns, consistent with the Revisions Policy in Section 8 of the Terms and Conditions.
9. Risk of Loss
Because Deliverables are transmitted electronically, the Client is responsible for maintaining a secure and reliable means of receiving electronic deliveries (such as a monitored email inbox or cloud storage account) and for promptly downloading or backing up any Deliverables provided through a temporary or time-limited file-sharing link.
