Payment Terms

Effective: July 11, 2026Last updated: July 11, 2026

These Payment Terms supplement Section 9 of the Wafix Technologies Terms and Conditions and govern all payments made to Wafix Technologies (“Wafix Technologies,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for Services. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms and Conditions.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Wafix Technologies accepts payment through the following methods, as made available for a given Order: credit and debit cards (including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, wire transfer, Automated Clearing House (“ACH”) transfer, PayPal, and other payment gateways designated by Wafix Technologies from time to time, which may include Stripe, Square, Authorize.net, Braintree, and Adyen (collectively, the “Payment Processors”). Not all payment methods may be available for every Order, currency, or jurisdiction.

2. Processing of Payment Information

All payment card and bank account information submitted to Wafix Technologies is transmitted directly to, and processed by, the applicable Payment Processor through encrypted, PCI DSS-compliant channels. Wafix Technologies does not store full payment card numbers, card verification values, or complete bank account credentials on its own systems. Each Payment Processor’s use of your payment information is governed by that Payment Processor’s own privacy policy and terms of service, which we encourage you to review before submitting payment.

3. Invoicing

Wafix Technologies will issue invoices for Services in accordance with the billing schedule set forth in the applicable Order (which may be one-time, milestone-based, or recurring). Invoices are payable in the currency, and within the payment terms, specified on the invoice, generally due upon receipt or net fifteen (15) or net thirty (30) days as indicated.

4. Deposits and Milestone Payments

For project-based Orders, Wafix Technologies may require an upfront deposit before commencing work, and may invoice additional milestone payments as the project progresses, as further described in Section 9.2 of the Terms and Conditions and Section 2 of the Refund Policy. Final Deliverables, source files, and login credentials will generally not be released until all invoiced amounts for the applicable Order have been paid in full.

5. Recurring Billing Authorization

By providing a payment method for a recurring Service (such as hosting, maintenance, or a retainer engagement), the Client authorizes Wafix Technologies to automatically charge that payment method on each recurring billing date until the Service is cancelled in accordance with the Cancellation Policy. The Client is responsible for keeping payment method information current and will be notified of failed recurring charges, which may result in a retry, a grace period, or suspension of Services consistent with Section 7 below.

6. Price Changes

Wafix Technologies reserves the right to change its fees for recurring Services, provided that Wafix Technologies will give the Client at least thirty (30) days’ advance notice of any fee increase applicable to an existing recurring Service, which will take effect on the Client’s next renewal following the notice period. Fees for new Orders are as quoted at the time the Order is accepted.

7. Late Payments and Suspension

Invoices not paid by their due date are subject to a late fee of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month, or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower, on the outstanding balance, consistent with Section 9.4 of the Terms and Conditions. Wafix Technologies may suspend access to Services, including live websites, hosting, or support, for invoices more than fifteen (15) days past due, upon reasonable notice, and may charge a reasonable reactivation fee to restore suspended Services.

8. Taxes

Fees quoted by Wafix Technologies are exclusive of applicable sales, use, value-added, goods and services, or other similar taxes, duties, or levies, which are the Client’s responsibility, except where Wafix Technologies is required by law to collect such taxes directly, in which case the applicable tax will be itemized on the invoice.

9. Currency and International Payments

Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Order, all fees are quoted and payable in United States Dollars (USD). Clients paying from a jurisdiction outside the United States are responsible for any currency conversion charges, correspondent or intermediary bank fees, and wire transfer fees imposed by their own financial institution, and should ensure that the full invoiced amount, net of any such fees, is received by Wafix Technologies.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

The Client agrees to raise any billing concern directly with Wafix Technologies using the contact information in Section 12 before initiating a chargeback or dispute with its card issuer or bank. Initiating a chargeback for Services that have been performed, without first attempting to resolve the matter with Wafix Technologies, may result in immediate suspension of Services and, where the chargeback is successfully contested by Wafix Technologies, liability for the disputed amount plus any chargeback fees imposed on Wafix Technologies by its Payment Processor, consistent with Section 9.7 of the Terms and Conditions.

11. PCI DSS Compliance

Wafix Technologies relies on PCI DSS Level 1-compliant Payment Processors for the handling of payment card data and does not independently store cardholder data in a manner that would bring Wafix Technologies within the scope of the PCI DSS as a merchant handling raw cardholder data on its own systems, other than the truncated or tokenized information returned by its Payment Processors for reconciliation purposes.
