Cookie Policy

Effective: July 11, 2026Last updated: July 11, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Wafix Technologies (“Wafix Technologies,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our websites, and should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website you visit. Cookies are widely used to make websites function, to remember your preferences, and to provide information to the operators of the site. Similar technologies include web beacons, pixel tags, local storage objects, and software development kits (“SDKs”) embedded in mobile applications. This Cookie Policy uses “Cookies” to refer to all such technologies collectively.

2. Categories of Cookies We Use

2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies. These Cookies are essential for our websites to function properly, including enabling core functionality such as security, network management, page navigation, and access to secure areas. These Cookies do not require consent and cannot be disabled through our cookie consent tool, though you may block them through your browser settings at the risk of impairing site functionality.

2.2 Performance and Analytics Cookies. These Cookies collect information about how visitors use our websites, such as which pages are visited most often and whether visitors encounter error messages, in order to help us improve site performance. We may use providers such as Google Analytics for this purpose.

2.3 Functionality Cookies. These Cookies allow our websites to remember choices you make, such as language preference or region, and to provide enhanced, more personalized features.

2.4 Advertising and Targeting Cookies. These Cookies are used to deliver advertisements more relevant to you and your interests, to limit the number of times you see an advertisement, and to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, including through platforms such as Google Ads and Meta/Facebook Ads. These Cookies may be set by us or by our advertising partners and may track your browsing activity across other websites.

3. Third-Party Cookies

Some Cookies on our websites are placed by third parties, such as analytics providers, advertising networks, embedded video players, and social media plugins. These third parties may use Cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect information about your use of our websites and other websites, and this information may be combined with information they collect from other sources. Wafix Technologies does not control the Cookies placed by third parties, and we encourage you to review each third party’s own privacy and cookie policies.

Where required by applicable law, including the EU ePrivacy Directive, the GDPR, the UK GDPR, and similar laws, we will request your consent through a cookie consent banner before placing non-essential Cookies (i.e., all categories other than Strictly Necessary Cookies) on your device. You may accept all Cookies, reject non-essential Cookies, or customize your preferences by category through our cookie consent tool. Where consent is not legally required (for example, for certain analytics Cookies under some jurisdictions’ laws), we rely on our legitimate interest in operating and improving our websites, subject to your right to object as described in Section 6.

5. How to Manage Cookies

5.1 Cookie Consent Tool. You may update your Cookie preferences at any time using the cookie preference tool available on our website, typically accessible via a “Cookie Settings” or “Manage Cookies” link in the website footer.

5.2 Browser Controls. Most web browsers allow you to control Cookies through their settings, including blocking or deleting Cookies. Instructions are generally available in the “Help,” “Tools,” or “Settings” menu of your browser. Please note that blocking all Cookies, including Strictly Necessary Cookies, may affect the availability and functionality of our websites.

5.3 Opt-Out Tools. You may opt out of interest-based advertising Cookies through industry tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance’s consumer opt-out page, the Network Advertising Initiative’s opt-out page, and, where applicable, the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance’s consumer choice tool. You may also opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

6. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) signal. Because there is not yet a common industry standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals, Wafix Technologies does not currently respond to DNT signals, but you may exercise the choices described in Section 5 to manage Cookies.

7. Mobile Applications

If Wafix Technologies develops or operates a mobile application on its own behalf, similar tracking technologies, such as device identifiers and SDKs, may be used within the application consistent with this Cookie Policy and applicable mobile operating system requirements, including any app-tracking transparency or permission prompts required by the applicable app store or operating system.
