Cancellation Policy

Effective: July 11, 2026Last updated: July 11, 2026

This Cancellation Policy supplements the Wafix Technologies Terms and Conditions and the Wafix Technologies Refund Policy. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms and Conditions.

1. Cancellation of Project-Based Engagements

Either party may cancel a project-based Order (such as a website build, application development project, or design package) for convenience upon thirty (30) days’ prior written notice, or such other notice period specified in the applicable Order. Upon cancellation, the Client is responsible for payment for all Services performed and third-party costs incurred through the effective date of cancellation, calculated as described in Section 3 of the Refund Policy.

2. Cancellation of Recurring and Subscription Services

For recurring Services billed on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis (including hosting, maintenance plans, retainer-based marketing, and subscription support plans), the Client may cancel at any time by providing written notice to Wafix Technologies through the contact information in Section 7. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the then-current billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied to subsequent cycles. Fees already paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable, consistent with Section 4 of the Refund Policy, as those fees are earned upon commencement of the cycle.

3. Notice Requirement

To cancel any recurring Service, the Client must provide notice at least fifteen (15) days before the next scheduled billing date to ensure the cancellation is processed before the next charge. Cancellation requests received fewer than fifteen (15) days before the next billing date may not be processed until after that charge has been applied, and the corresponding cycle will be the Client’s final billed cycle.

4. Cancellation by Wafix Technologies

Wafix Technologies reserves the right to cancel or decline to renew any Order or recurring Service upon written notice to the Client, including where: (a) the Client is in material breach of the Terms and Conditions; (b) the Client’s account is more than thirty (30) days past due; (c) Wafix Technologies reasonably determines that continuing the engagement would violate applicable law, sanctions, or export control requirements; or (d) Wafix Technologies discontinues the applicable Service line generally, in which case Wafix Technologies will provide reasonable advance notice and a pro-rata refund of any prepaid, unearned fees for discontinued Services.

5. Effect of Cancellation on Hosting and Domain Services

Upon cancellation of hosting Services, Wafix Technologies will provide the Client a reasonable opportunity, generally thirty (30) days, to retrieve website files, databases, and content before deletion, unless a shorter period is required by a Third-Party Service Provider’s own policies. The Client is responsible for arranging alternative hosting and for renewing any domain names directly with the registrar if Wafix Technologies’s domain management services are cancelled. Wafix Technologies is not responsible for the loss of a domain name or website content due to the Client’s failure to take these actions within the notice period provided.

6. Cancellation of AI Automation and Ongoing Workflow Services

For ongoing AI Automation Services or managed workflow integrations, cancellation will result in the discontinuation of any managed automations, and the Client is responsible for exporting or documenting any configurations, data, or workflows it wishes to retain prior to the effective date of cancellation. Wafix Technologies will provide reasonable technical assistance to facilitate an orderly transition, which may be billed at Wafix Technologies’s then-current hourly rate unless otherwise agreed.
