Accessibility Statement

Effective: July 11, 2026Last updated: July 11, 2026

1. Our Commitment

Wafix Technologies (“Wafix Technologies,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to ensuring that our own websites and digital properties are accessible to the widest possible audience, including individuals with disabilities, regardless of the technology or ability of the individual accessing them. We view digital accessibility as an ongoing effort and continually work to increase the accessibility and usability of our websites.

2. Applicable Standards

We aim to conform our own websites to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (“WCAG”) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (“W3C”), which is widely recognized as the applicable technical standard under laws including the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, the EU Web Accessibility Directive, and comparable accessibility laws in other jurisdictions in which we operate.

3. Measures Taken

To support accessibility of our own websites, we have taken measures that may include: (a) providing text alternatives for non-text content; (b) ensuring sufficient color contrast between text and background; (c) enabling keyboard navigation of interactive elements; (d) using semantic HTML markup to support assistive technologies such as screen readers; (e) providing descriptive link text and form labels; and (f) periodically testing our websites using automated accessibility scanning tools and, where feasible, manual review.

4. Ongoing Efforts

Digital accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we continue to monitor our websites for accessibility issues as our content and features evolve. We welcome feedback that helps us identify areas for improvement.

5. Third-Party Content and Client Websites

This Accessibility Statement applies to websites and digital properties operated directly by Wafix Technologies (such as our own corporate website). It does not apply to websites, applications, or other digital properties that Wafix Technologies designs, develops, or hosts on behalf of a Client, the accessibility of which is governed by the terms of the applicable Order between Wafix Technologies and that Client. Where a Client engages Wafix Technologies to build accessibility features or WCAG conformance into a Deliverable, the applicable Order will specify the agreed accessibility scope, target conformance level, and any related testing or remediation obligations. Absent an express accessibility scope in the applicable Order, accessibility conformance is not guaranteed as part of standard Deliverables, and Clients seeking specific accessibility compliance (for example, to meet their own regulatory obligations) should raise this requirement during project scoping so that it can be reflected in the Order and corresponding fees.

6. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content on our websites may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA, particularly content sourced from third-party plugins, embedded widgets, or legacy pages. We are working to address known limitations as resources permit.

7. Feedback and Assistance

If you experience difficulty accessing any part of our website, or if you have suggestions for improving its accessibility, please contact us using the information in Section 8. We will make reasonable efforts to respond to accessibility feedback and to provide the information, content, or service you are seeking through an alternative means where feasible, such as by phone or email.
